Day 3: Strengthen Without Strain

April Focus: Renewed in Rhythm, Rooted in Grace

Strength is still important.

But now, it must be built with wisdom.

This is not the season for extremes.
It is the season for sustainability.

Movements that support your joints.
Rhythms that protect your mobility.
Practices that strengthen without exhausting.

Because true strength is not measured by how hard you push—
but by how well you can continue.

Scripture (NIV):
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9

Grace in Action
Strength that lasts is built with care.
